Heat Treatment Processes
MetalZenith employs precise heat treatment protocols including austenitizing at 850-870°C, followed by controlled cooling and tempering at 580-620°C to achieve the specified hardness range. Our computer-controlled furnaces ensure uniform temperature distribution and precise atmosphere control, resulting in consistent mechanical properties and minimal distortion. For customer-specific applications, additional stress relieving at 550-580°C may be performed.
Manufacturing Excellence
Our integrated production facility utilizes electric arc furnace technology with secondary refining processes including ladle metallurgy and vacuum degassing. This ensures exceptional steel cleanliness with sulfur content below 0.005% and minimal non-metallic inclusions.
