CP 1000 features a complex multiphase microstructure consisting of ferrite, bainite, martensite, and retained austenite phases. This unique microstructural combination is achieved through controlled thermomechanical processing and precise cooling strategies. The fine-grained microstructure provides excellent strength while the retained austenite enhances ductility through transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) effects.
Heat Treatment & Processing
MetalZenith employs continuous annealing with intercritical heating at 750-820°C followed by controlled cooling to achieve optimal phase distribution. The processing includes hot rolling at 1100-1200°C, controlled cooling, pickling, cold rolling with 50-80% reduction, and final annealing. Precise temperature control and cooling rates are critical for achieving target mechanical properties.
Manufacturing Process Control
Our integrated production line features real-time monitoring of rolling forces, temperatures, and cooling rates.
