Heat Treatment Process
MetalZenith employs precise annealing at 815-900°C followed by controlled cooling to achieve optimal mechanical properties. Our continuous annealing lines feature protective atmosphere control to prevent oxidation and ensure consistent surface finish. Stress relief annealing at 400-450°C is available for formed components to restore ductility.
Manufacturing Process
Production begins with electric arc furnace melting followed by AOD refining for precise chemistry control. Hot rolling is performed at 1050-1200°C with controlled cooling rates. Cold rolling utilizes advanced mill technology for superior surface finish and dimensional accuracy. MetalZenith's integrated production line ensures consistent quality from melting to final inspection.
Quality Standards
All JIS SUS430 products undergo rigorous testing including chemical analysis by optical emission spectroscopy, mechanical testing per JIS Z2241, and corrosion resistance evaluation.
