Heat Treatment Process

MetalZenith employs controlled normalization at 880-920°C followed by air cooling to achieve optimal mechanical properties. For enhanced performance applications, quenching and tempering at 580-650°C provides superior strength-toughness balance. Manufacturing Process Excellence

Our advanced production process includes electric arc furnace melting with secondary refining, continuous casting, and thermomechanical controlled processing (TMCP).
