360 Brass Round Bar is a free-machining brass alloy containing lead for enhanced machinability. This copper-zinc alloy offers excellent mechanical properties combined with superior machining characteristics, making it the preferred choice for high-volume production of precision components.

Manufacturing Process: Produced through continuous casting and hot extrusion processes, followed by cold drawing to achieve precise dimensional tolerances and improved surface finish.
Applications: Precision machined components, automotive parts, plumbing fittings, electrical connectors, valve stems, instrument parts, clock and watch components, decorative hardware, and general engineering applications requiring excellent machinability.
