Heat Treatment Process
MetalZenith employs controlled rolling at temperatures between 850-950°C followed by accelerated cooling to achieve optimal mechanical properties. Our thermomechanical controlled processing (TMCP) ensures fine grain structure and uniform strength distribution. Normalizing at 900-950°C may be applied for enhanced toughness in thick sections.
