Heat Treatment Process

Tempering is performed at 420-480°C depending on required hardness levels. Manufacturing Process
Production begins with electric arc furnace melting using high-purity raw materials. Secondary refining through ladle furnace and vacuum degassing removes impurities and controls inclusion content. Continuous casting produces high-quality billets which undergo controlled rolling to achieve desired mechanical properties and surface finish.
