Heat Treatment Process
MetalZenith employs controlled atmosphere furnaces for optimal heat treatment. Austenitizing at 850-880°C followed by oil quenching and tempering at 420-480°C achieves the desired balance of strength, toughness, and spring characteristics. Precise temperature control ensures uniform properties throughout the cross-section.
Manufacturing Process
Our production begins with electric arc furnace melting using premium raw materials, followed by ladle refining and continuous casting. Hot rolling is performed using computer-controlled mills to achieve precise dimensions and surface quality. Cold drawing operations provide enhanced surface finish and dimensional accuracy for critical applications.

All EN 51CrV4 products undergo comprehensive testing including chemical analysis per EN 10204, mechanical property verification, ultrasonic testing for internal soundness, and dimensional inspection.
