Manufacturing Process

The critical intercritical annealing at 760-800°C and isothermal bainitic transformation at 400-450°C ensure optimal microstructural development. Advanced cooling strategies and chemical composition control maximize retained austenite stability.

Heat Treatment Parameters

The continuous annealing cycle includes heating to 800°C, controlled cooling to 450°C at 10-30°C/s, isothermal holding for 200-600 seconds, and final cooling to room temperature. This precise thermal cycle is critical for achieving the required mechanical properties and microstructural characteristics.

Quality Standards & Testing
