Heat Treatment Process
MetalZenith employs continuous annealing at 650-750°C followed by controlled cooling to achieve optimal mechanical properties. The galvanizing process involves surface preparation, flux treatment, and immersion in molten zinc bath at 450-460°C with precise withdrawal speed control to achieve uniform coating thickness and excellent surface finish.
Manufacturing Process
Our state-of-the-art production line features continuous hot-dip galvanizing with advanced process control systems monitoring zinc bath composition, temperature, and coating thickness in real-time. The process includes degreasing, annealing, galvanizing, and post-treatment cooling with automated quality inspection systems ensuring consistent product quality.
Structural Quality Testing
MetalZenith conducts comprehensive testing including welding performance evaluation using standard procedures, forming limit analysis with Erichsen cupping tests, fatigue strength testing under cyclic loading conditions, and accelerated atmospheric corrosion testing in salt spray chambers.
