T10 exhibits a hypereutectoid microstructure with fine pearlite and spheroidized carbides in the annealed condition. Upon hardening, the steel transforms to a martensitic structure with retained carbides, providing exceptional hardness and wear resistance. Heat Treatment Process

MetalZenith employs controlled heating to 780-800°C for hardening followed by water quenching to achieve maximum hardness. Tempering at 150-200°C optimizes the hardness-toughness balance. Manufacturing Process
