Heat Treatment Process
MetalZenith's proprietary heat treatment process involves controlled austenitizing at 840-860°C, followed by oil quenching and double tempering at 540-580°C. This process ensures uniform hardness distribution and optimal microstructural refinement. The pre-hardened condition eliminates the need for customer heat treatment, reducing processing time and distortion risks.
Manufacturing Process Excellence
Our manufacturing process begins with vacuum induction melting using premium raw materials, followed by electroslag remelting (ESR) for enhanced cleanliness. The steel undergoes controlled forging and rolling operations to achieve optimal grain flow and mechanical properties. Advanced ultrasonic testing ensures internal soundness throughout the material.

All 718H steel products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and comply with international standards including ASTM A681, DIN 1.2738, and JIS SKD61.
